Start with clean, dry skin. Apply toner to a cotton pad, gently sweep over face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Let product absorb into the skin. Follow with serum, moisturizer, eye cream or SPF. Can be used daily. Slight tingling may occur. Please note: this is for external use only. May cause sun sensitivity, so please use SPF prior to sun exposure.
